Bianca M. Crudup, Ph.D.
Owner & Clinical Director

Dr. Bianca Crudup is a Licensed Psychologist who was born and raised in Jackson, MS. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Spelman College and her master's and doctorate degrees from the University of Mississippi. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the University of Florida in Health Psychology and is completing a two-year fellowship in Rehabilitation Psychology with the Veterans Administration. It looks like she got to Florida and couldn’t leave!!!

She has been acknowledged as one of the most influential providers in traumatic brain injury (TBI) recovery by several veterans and presented award winning research on Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). She works to ensure that you are offered best practices supported by research, delivered with care and compassion.

Dr. Crudup has worked in a variety of settings and with all ages.  She specializes in the following therapeutic approaches: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy (BT), motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). There is no cookie cutter approach; no one form of treatment works for every person. What’s most important to Dr. Crudup is that her client’s needs are met. This is accomplished by individualizing treatment to the needs of each client. When you meet with her, initially, time will be spent getting to know you as an individual and obtaining a clear understanding of your concerns.

A word from the Doc…

“When you’re sitting with me, I want you to feel comfortable and confident that your needs will be addressed. Your well-being is my priority.”
